By accessing and using the services of Loma Bonita Market ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Loma Bonita Market provides authentic Mexican supermarket services including but not limited to:

• Fresh produce and groceries
• Panadería (bakery) services
• Taquería (taco shop) services
• Butcher and meat services
• Tortillería (tortilla making) services
• Custom cake orders

3. Orders and Purchases

All orders must be placed in advance for custom items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax.

5. Cancellation Policy

Custom orders (such as cakes) must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Regular purchases may be returned within 24 hours with receipt for a full refund, subject to our return policy.

6. Product Quality and Freshness

We strive to provide the freshest products possible. All produce, baked goods, and prepared foods are made fresh daily. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

7. Allergen Information

While we take precautions, our facility processes products containing common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Customers with food allergies should inform our staff before purchasing. We cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination.

8. Liability and Insurance

Loma Bonita Market carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption of our products when customers have not disclosed allergies. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address any concerns and may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
